I work with individuals, couples, families, mature adults and adolescents in their journey to promote positive thinking, behavior change, resolution of anxiety and depression, managing organic mental illnesses symptoms, first episodes of psychosis, OCD, PTSD, divorce, career issues, and developing a new outlook of self and life.
My approach is to consider the whole person concept: the mind, body, soul, physical, spiritual and environmental surroundings when setting goals in my treatment planning. There are several modalities that I'm verse in- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectal Behavioral Therapy, Motivation Interviewing, Brief Therapy , and Solution Focus and Interpersonal Therapy.
